ON INSTRUCTION:

Blockers will undertake the removal of all unwanted foliage including root balls;

Removal of all unwanted brickwork;

Break up all hard surfaces;

Excavate entire site to a depth not less than 250mm or until hard soil reached, stack all debris and remove from site;

Backfill new driveway and patios with crushed concrete not less than 100mm deep and mechanically consolidated;

Lay weed suppressing membrane and further backfill with type one aggregate approximately 50mm deep and mechanically consolidated;

Further backfill with sharp sand approximately 50mm deep screeded to new contours and mechanically consolidated;

Supply and lay 50mm concrete block paviours in agreed pattern, colourway and design;

All edge blocks to be haunched in concrete to prevent any lateral movement;

Mechanically vibrate to consolidate, dress with kiln-dried sand, brushed into joints, vibrate and redress with sand;

As far as can be achieved, clean and safe access to the property's entrance will be maintained at all times;

The site to be left in clean and tidy condition and be ready for immediate use;

At all times during construction, care will be taken to minimise any disruption;

Blockers will contact, on your behalf, all neighbours prior to works commencing.
